Sonabat Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Sonabat platform (sonabat.vu) and all its services. Sonabat is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform.

These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bangla. In the event of any conflict in interpretation, the English version shall prevail.

1.1 Scope of Services

Sonabat's services include:

2. Account Register

You are required to provide accurate and complete information when registering on Sonabat. Providing false information will result in account termination, and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• A valid email address is required
• An active mobile number is required
• Only one account per person is permitted
• Multiple accounts from the same IP address are prohibited

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. Never share your password with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact the Sonabat support team immediately.

3. Age Verification & KYC

Sonabat strictly prohibits gambling by minors. By registering on the platform, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

3.1 KYC Documents

Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must submit one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Valid Passport
• Driving License (government-issued)

4. Deposits & Payments

Sonabat supports multiple payment methods for deposits, including mobile banking and bank transfers. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.1 Deposit Policy

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly
• Processing times may vary depending on the payment method
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited
• Sonabat never charges any fees on deposits

4.2 Payment Methods

5. Withdrawal Policy

Sonabat is fully committed to returning your winnings quickly and securely. KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.

5.1 Withdrawal Timeframes

• Mobile Banking: typically within 6–12 hours
• Bank Transfer: within 1–3 business days
• Maximum processing time: 24 hours (for verified accounts)

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first
• In cases of suspicious activity, Sonabat may place a hold on withdrawals until verification is complete

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Sonabat regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, and those terms must be met to qualify.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means a specified amount must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a BDT 100 bonus means you must wager BDT 3,000.

6.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• The same member may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• Bonus funds may only be used to place bets on designated games
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days; any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise

7. Betting Rules

There are general rules that apply when placing bets on Sonabat. These rules are in place to ensure a fair experience for every player.

7.1 Bet Limits

• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with bonus balance
• Maximum win limits may vary depending on the specific game or promotion

7.2 Bet Cancellation Policy

Sonabat reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error or data feed failure. In such cases, the full stake will be refunded. For Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled or abandoned, the related bets will also be voided.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Sonabat platform. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using a false identity or fraudulent documents
• Abusing the bonus system (bonus arbitrage)
• Placing bets using software bots or automation tools
• Intentionally exploiting any platform bug or vulnerability
• Using the service for money laundering or any unlawful financial transactions
• Engaging in fraudulent or harmful behavior toward other players

9. Responsible Gaming

Sonabat believes gaming is meant for entertainment, not addiction. That's why we encourage every player to game responsibly.

9.1 Self-Exclusion

Any player may temporarily or permanently self-exclude from their Sonabat account at no cost. This can be done by contacting our support team or through the account settings.

9.2 Deposit Limits

On Sonabat, you can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period, while reductions take effect immediately.

10. Account Closure Policy

Sonabat may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• In Case of Terms Violation
• If false information is proven to have been provided
• If illegal activity or fraud is suspected
• If KYC verification is not completed
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 2 years)

You may voluntarily close your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any verified balance before closure.
